my favourites from the flip skateboarding team. especially geoff rowley. he was someone's hero. someone i haven't seen in a very long time since he got into ns. i miss that boy and hope he's not getting into any more trouble. though i don't think he'd be happy to hear that i threw out the Vans shoes he gave me that time. haha.

Any fan of N.E.R.D. knows they represent action sports. Their "Provider" and "Lapdance" videos are mobbed with BMXers (including Mike "Rooftop" Escamilla), their lyrics reference motorcycles, they've starred in a Zoo York ad and they rock skate gear on stage, in magazines and all over TV.

yes yes yes chad hugo is a bmx fiend. but then fans would also like to know that pharrell's younger brother is a professional skateboarder. he's supposed to be reputable, apparently coz he's sponsored by some of the most major skateboarding companies in the states. ka-cheeeng! i dig this band. anybody feel like sponsoring me a BBC tee?
