i shouldn't have paid HMV a visit today. especially when i knew i was flat ass broke. Gomez's new album is out. their Catch Me Up track has been playing in my head since yesterday when i first saw the MTV. i was looking high and low for the new Beastie album, To The 5 Boroughs coz amazon.com has it in stock so i figured it was already in the local CD stores. but i couldn't find the thing on the shelves. none of their previous albums, too, come to that. idiots! HMV is having one of those anniversay sale thingies and CDs/VCDs are going for as low as ten bucks. and for one divine moment, i was comtemplating of hauling all the CDs that i want into my bag and make a mad dash for the exit. but i was with a mother-to-be. so bad idea. i couldn't give my girlfriend another headache on top of her 5kilo one. so many, many, many CDs to buy and not a job in sight. oh woe is me. tell you what i dig, though, today. Buzzcocks' Ever Fallen In Love song by Pete Yorn. I LIKE! and yes, The O.C has some of those songs from that list on CD. i saw the thing at HMV. it's called Music From The O.C: Mix 1. so i guess we can expect Mix 2, 3 ...etc.
