after a brief meeting with magnet, i got stuck in a jam at dhoby and happened to look out the window. to see the manatee holding hands with a girl i've never seen before. and at that precise moment a nice track from the strokes came on. i thought to myself; all is well in the world. he is attached finally. we all thought we'd never live to see the day. kudos manatee. at that point of time i was furiously scribbling in my notebook. i have a quiz in a few hours but all i can think about is our new project. magnet seems to think we can do it. well we can, considering us three have been through the whole nine yards. i'm proud to say that i am the last surviving member of the original LI. man, i can't sleep. too much teh and marlbs. null hogged the computer earlier on and got furious because he couldn't find the funeral for a friend song he wanted. loser. loser is telling yourself you'll quit smoking tomorrow but you smoke the next day anyway. i shall not give up. also, i have developed a sudden rash for new wave, one of BGII's pet peeves. i detest whatever he likes anyway [not everybody can appreciate music of the factory label variety, y'know. my pet peeve is that whole 24hour party people thing. you ever wonder why happy named bands make gloomy songs? talk about IRONY]. yep, still stuck on we are scientists. particularly, it's a hit. these days, it gets toggled between slowdive's dagger, maritime, phoenix and field music's you're so pretty. songs -they're like health supplements to this body. you can't save the lungs, give your mind a treat at the very least.
