Rip Slyme. Been playing them ever since I came across their album in Shimo Kitazawa. Theirs was an album I've been meaning to find ever since I was sold on their Stepper's Delight video. I like lepak bands and they are lepak. Lepak like the Beastie Boys. So now I come home to their Good Job! and I feel like I'm right back on the streets of Jingumae hunting for a bunch of shops.

We spent a cool ¥15,000+ on CDs alone. Something I wouldn't be doing back home. But when a record store has gems like Tyrannosaurus Rex's My People Were Fair and Boris with Merzbow albums, you know you just can't give it a pass. YOU. JUST. CAN'T.
