"Believe it or not, what looks likely to be called 'Tadlock's Glasses' will be Beastie Boys' eight studio album. Recorded in their own New York studio and using samples plucked from shops the world over, it sees them ditch politics and going back to their party-starting roots. Expect steel drums, a collaboration with Santogold and a huge world tour in 2009. Release date: Expected late Spring 2009."~NME (you don't get to judge me)
