Never Lost His Touch

Ok I gotta admit that prior to watching it, I thought Fantastic Mr Fox was by the blokes behind Wallace and Gromit. I knew I was dead wrong as soon as the songs came on in the opening scenes. All the hallmarks of a Wes Anderson flick, down to the actors' voices (the usual suspects: Jason Schwartzman, Owen Wilson, Bill Murray). Well what can I say, Fantastic Mr Fox was fantastic. One of the better movies I've watched all year.

And we love that he included the Stones' Street Fighting Man in Fantastic Mr Fox. And of course Jarvis Cocker's Fantastic Mr. Fox AKA Petey's Song, too!



Totally unrelated: I like Miley Cyrus. I like this chick's Southern charm.
