I'm Slow On This Indie Sweepstake Thing

but i like them anyhow. Interpol. specifically their bassist. i've realised something. naz's taste in guys is rubbing off on me. hurhur just kidding. my ultimate fetish is still skinny dudes with a head full of curls. just like At The Drive-In, i mistook their bassist for the vocalist. for both bands, whenever i see a group shot the bassist stands out the most. so when i saw a group shot of Interpol the first time, i thought Carlos Dengler was the Paul Banks atchoo was talking about coz he seems so imposing at that height, with that pale complexion and weird 80s hairdo. since i'm a champion spaz i found out much later that it's actually their bassist. i think he's hot in a Anne-Rice-Vampire-Chronicles sorta way. give him a top hat, a cloak and a cane and viola! the look is complete. but you know i wish he didn't attempt to smile. doesn't become him.
